Accusations of stealing from a relative

Timothy Dewayne Britt of Albertville was arrested and charged with one count of second degree theft of property this week. The charge is a felony. The incident occurred October 19th, when he allegedly took a hunting bow from a family member's residence. Britt told investigators he sold the bow at a pawn shop because he needed money. The hunting bow was located by the investigator at a pawn shop in Guntersville. It has been returned to the rightful owner. Britt has been released on 2500 dollars bond.
