Today is the busiest travel day of the year and Triple A expects 94 percent of those traveling to do it by car. That's the highest travel share Triple A has ever seen. Gas prices in Albertville seem to average in the 2.50's to 2.70's. At the beginning of October the average gallon of gas nationally cost 2.73, and now that number is up to 2.87. We're up twenty five cents from last year at this time.
