A Marshall County grand jury has indicted 24-year-old Tabitha Martin for vehicular homicide, for the accident that killed her toddler in May. Albertville Police and state troopers investigated the wreck on Section Line Road and determined Martin was speeding and driving under the influence. The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says Martin posted bond late Monday morning.
