The case of a Guntersville man accused of attempting to kidnap a 12-year-old girl has been delayed. The suspect's attorney asked to withdraw from the case and the judge allowed him to. No new date has been set, but enough time will be given to Jason Eric Limbaugh to find a new attorney. Limbaugh is facing attempted first degree kidnapping charges after he allegedly attempted to abduct the girl from her Circle Drive home in January. He remains in the Marshall County jail.
