A head-on collision between two vehicles in Gadsden Sunday left three people injured, two critically. State troopers say the accident occurred on Lay Springs Road between Belmont and Glen Gap. The drivers were identified as 44-year-old Vickie Wise and 36-year-old Dana Pannell, both of Gadsden. As of last night, they were both hospitalized in critical condition. A passenger in Wise's car, 43-year-old Thomas Bowen of Gadsden was treated at Gadsden Regional.
