Red Flag Warning

The National Weather Service has again issued a Red Flag Warning for North and Central Alabama this afternoon. That includes Marshall, DeKalb, Etowah, Calhoun, Cherokee and Blount counties. Relative humidity values are expected to drop as low as 20 percent for at least four hours. The very dry airmass in place across the region will result in critical fire weather conditions. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
