Two men are accused of stealing catalytic converters in Marshall County last Monday. Robert Miles Harris and Joshua Wayne Lowery were arrested when they showed up at an Albertville recycling center attempting to sell a converter. Harris allegedly took a converter from a car he was test driving in Guntersville and police say Lowery admitted to taking one from a vehicle parked at a used car lot in Albertville. Both men are under investigation concerning similar crimes in Marshall and Etowah counties.
