A Blount County contractor is facing charges in Shelby County. Chad Evans Huffstutler of Blountsville was arrested and indicted earlier this month, accused of theft and other crimes associated with work for the Riverchase United Methodist Church in Hoover. If convicted, Hufstutler could be sentenced to 10 to 20 years on each of four counts.
