The owner of a music store in Anniston is accused of selling something besides music. Calhoun County Sheriff Larry Amerson says Carl Lackey was arrested Thursday for allegedly dealing in synthetic marijuana, also known as "spice." Lackey, whose business on Quintard Avenue is called Cosmic Spice, was charged with distribution of a controlled substance. The sheriff says laws recently passed by the state legislature makes the sale of synthetic marijuana illegal.
