A one-car accident left an Oneonta man dead. Alabama State Troopers say it happened late Friday night on County Road 20 in Oneonta. The victim was identified as 21-year-old Juan Contreras. Two others in the 2002 GMC Envoy were injured: Noe Maldonado and Oscar Cervantes were transported to UAB.
