Cosmic Debris petition

Last month, the owner of an Anniston music store was charged with possession and distribution of synthetic marijuana, commonly referred to as "spice." Last week, the Calhoun County District Attorney's Office filed a petition requesting that property seized from Carl Lackey and Cosmic Debris be forfeited to the D.A.'s office and the sheriff's office. The petition contends that two cars, thousands of dollars in cash, real estate and drug paraphernalia were used, intended to be used or earned in the illegal distribution of spice.
